We are an RV storage and automobile storage facility that we run and operate in your local community. With the help of my two sons, I also own and operate a tree removal company and a honey bee removal company. We have been proudly serving this community for over 40 years. I am a native Montgomery Bear and my wife is a Willis Wildkat.
We have watched as our wonderful community has grown tremendously and have witnessed a great need for storage facilities ranging from RV's, trailers, boats, motorcycles, ATV's, tractors , etc. as our local businesses around the lake have thrived.
We are completely fenced in and have a remote powered , heavy duty gate with a personal gate code for your convenience and security. There is also a 24 hour personal watch as we also live on part of the property. You will have 24-hour access at all times.
We personally understand the need for storage as we have raised our kids in the Mont. and Conroe school districts and have enjoyed all the lake has to offer with boating, as well as horse trailers for rodeos and riding the trails in the national forest.
We're a quick eight minutes or less from the lake, ten minutes from the 3 Palms motor-cross facility, and 15 minutes from the Lone Star Cowboy Church rodeo arena and the National Forest area.
